We do not offer refunds unless:
your order arrived damaged or is faulty
proof of damaged or faulty items should be sent to:

any proofs must be received by HK Designs 4U within 24 hours of order delivery
there is no need to return your damaged item
upon receipt of proof a refund will be issued back to your method of payment
please allow 5-7 days for your refund to appear in your bank account
